Each horse/rider combination must have their own entry form, fee, negative Coggins, and signed liability waiver. Riders do not need to provide Coggins and/or waivers if they have already provided these documents to farm within 2023.

Riders may ride more than one horse in the derby (separate entry forms and fees required for each horse). Horses may be ridden twice in the derby, provided they are with different riders in different levels for each ride.

Scoring: Jumping rounds for BB and intro will not be timed. Jumping rounds are scored with the eventing show jumping penalty system. 5 or more faults is automatic DQ. Time faults are .4 points per second above or below optimal.  20 pts per jumping fault. There will be a 10 second buffer on optimal.

Lowest score wins. Ties will be broken by least faults. If faults are equal then closest to optimal time wins.  If eliminated due to jump refusals, riders may continue to school the rest of the course. Show staff reserve the right to stop and dismiss any unsafe horse/rider combination.
